Design for the National Tertiary Education Institution Union (NTEU). Promotional material and rebranding was done for Uni Casual, the sector dedicated to Australian casual academic staff. The rebranding also extended to Connect, the Uni Casual bi-monthly magazine.

Casual academic staff are often neglected and denied the rights and professional
recognition for their extensive workloads.
The gear metaphor raises awareness of this subordination while emphasising their vital role in the university system.
